influencer piauense suspeita de tentar vender um im\u00f3vel, onde morava de aluguel, em condom\u00ednio de luxo de Teresina.<br \/><br \/>Com intuito de colaborar com a den\u00fancia, a equipe de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Regional de Corretores de Im\u00f3veis do Piau\u00ed (CRECI-PI) prontamente se dirigiu \u00e0 delegacia. Al\u00e9m dos crimes, foi constatado que a mulher n\u00e3o possui qualquer registro no Conselho e atuava sozinha, sem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de nenhum corretor de im\u00f3veis ou imobili\u00e1ria.<br \/><br \/>O exerc\u00edcio ilegal da profiss\u00e3o \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica criminosa.
